The ledger
The institution keeps its books in public. Every consequential act of the steward is a signed, hash linked entry in one chain, and this page is that chain.
The founding ledger stands inside the founding release. The genesis entry binds the release itself, its signed manifest of 408 entries and the wallet the institution acts from, and each entry after it links to the entry before it by digest and carries the signatures of the keys that made it. Nothing enters the chain by being written here. An entry exists because it was proposed, settled, and signed under the constitution, and this page only renders what the sealed release already holds.
Every digest on this page is computed from the sealed entry file itself, so anyone holding the founding release can check each line against the file of the same name. The whole chain verifies end to end with one script inside the release, named in the verify section below. The founding release is sealed as manifest cc00f45617177c10b99f8a30887d033d4e4605121351a2e01928eb84ff17a2f7 with archive 72d07526dc43eac89ccaca6772eaa16c48d8f66e1d623be6dbde593fab8c10dc.

Two ledgers, kept apart on purpose
This is the founding ledger of the institution, the record of its own consequential acts. The ARC Network keeps a second ledger, the registry ledger, which admits nodes as their registrations settle. A line in one never counts as a line in the other. The registry and its own ledger stand on the registry page.
Verify it yourself
Inside the founding release, one command checks every entry, its signatures, its hash links, and the digests it cites.

Status, plainly. The chain stands at entry 17 and grows only by governed settlement. The founding release repository is in private preview while the founding evidence gates complete, and it opens publicly when the gates pass. A sealed examination copy is available on request, and the full verification path stands in the verify section of the main page.
